Most of our size guides use the FLAT CHEST MEASUREMENT. This means measure a current similar item you have from underarm to underarm on ONE side and compare. Please use a tank top to compare to a tank, a jacket to a jacket, etc. The size comparison will not work if you try to compare items that are not similar.
